If you were born in the 90s you remember what this shyt used to be like. It was a fukking event!!!! Unlike no other. You actually knew the people nominated, and the people performing. People would talk about what happened for weeks!!!! I remember when Britney Spears kissed Madonna on the lips, that was all over the news worldwide. Or when Chris Rock hosted. Is there a thread dedicated to past VMAs of the 90s/early 2000s? There should be. How we went from that to this shyt is beyond me. So sad what the entire music industry has become.
