That is not the argument. Rivers is clearly the better QB but the point was even HE couldn't do much with a great team around him. Say what you want but Kaep balled out in the playoffs. Phil? Not so much 11TD 9INT 85.2 Rating. Goes to show you that good QB + good team doesn't automatically equal success.
