Considering Sakurai worked on Kirby Air Riders, I doubt it. Plus, there is no need to really make a new one yet. Just make a deluxe edition with actual good online and add another DLC pack, and that's good enough.

Brother, lol Smash came out in Dec 2018. It's been almost 7 years and Smash Bros literally has so much content and felt like a deluxe edition of Smash Bros Wii U. There's been a shyt ton of new content from Nintendo IPs in the last 7 years to add to a new one.

I’ll be fine with another fighter’s pass for a SSBU Deluxe, improved online, and extra modes. It’ll be hard to top Ultimate’s roster. So I doubt we’re getting a SSB6 anytime soon.
