Rumors is that the NX will be revealed before E3, possibly at their next investors meeting on the 27th of April.

If not a full blown reveal but we will get an idea on whatever the NX is.

Now that I ain't drunk it makes even more sense. That's what happens with mobile gaming. They aren't limited to pre-set buttons that the manufacturer throws in. Instead of buttons a game dev could build icons for each action so the player doesn't get confused as to what controls what or openly show the inventory window on the controller to free up screen space. If they could allow multiple controllers per console it could open up a whole new way of doing family/board games (which we know Nintendo loves to do). I hope that shyt is real because if that's what they're planning they really are about to revolutionize some shyt. It's just most people are used to thinking in their own box that they think something like that would be dumb.

This may be the liquor, but if the controller is just two joysticks and a touchscreen then it means game developers can essentially develop a controller for their games. Some game would only have two buttons....others could build in more buttons with ability for the user to add in shortcuts as well. The developers won't need to build around Nintendo's button setup....and they could update their controller as they build extension packs.....it's actually quite brilliant if that's their plan.......but they'd most likely be the only game developers to take full advantage of it.

Yeah that's fine and all, but I personally hate my fingers on the display area.

Nintendo of Europe Employee Reportedly Said The NX Controller Images Are “Completely Fake.”

However, Liam Robertson has advised that a friend of his at Nintendo of Europe has denied claims that the pictures are of the NX controller, saying that the images are “completely fake”. Liam also advised that due to only a small number of people having access to the NX prototype hardware, that all leaks should be taken with a “huge pinch of salt”.

My friend at Nintendo said this is legit.
