What I don't get is people complaining about 3rd party support on a Nintendo system. Everyone knows you buy Nintendo systems for Nintendo games. That's it. Nintendo's first party games ARE THAT STRONG that they worth a system on their own.

No one cares about Madden CoD GTA and Assassins Creed on a Nintendo system :scust:
The issue I see isn't the lack of 3rd party support alone, its the lack of 3rd party support as well as those classic first party games being too far between each other. If you're going to rely 100% on Zelda, Donkey Kong, Mario, etc then those games need to come out more often, and that wiiMote nonsense is :scust:. Just give us a REGULAR CONTROLLER.

If the console/handheld share libraries then it solves their drought problem.

They just need to reveal the thing already, hopefully a direct next month and then game reveals at E3

Well yea I agree the first party hits are WAYYY to far between for the Wii U. That's why it's failing. But 64/cube/wii and 3ds kept us fed for years and years and years off the first party support :wow:

I could see that as a possibility. I personally always end up regretting buying handhelds, but if my gaming on the go became an extension of my gaming at home, that could possibly change the game quite a bit.

You're not losing anything by having 3rd party support...there's literally no disadvantage.

Im not saying they are. Obviously if they could have the 3rd party support they would jump on it in a instant. Im just saying Nintendo has a proven track record that their first party games are worth admission to their system alone.

You either cop a sony or Microsoft system AND a Nintendo system. You def don't have a Nintendo system by itself but there is no reason at all to have both sony and Microsoft systems either Unless you just want access to literally everything.(In which case you become part of the master race :youngsabo:)

Then you have a WiiU situation where you spend money on a system that drops one or two 1st party games a year. What if you don't fukk with those games beyond the first two months that they're out? What else does it do? People are supposed to spend money at launch for a system with a limited library and no other capabilities? And if less and less people are copping a Nintendo how are you supposed to link up on multiplayer games? Local multiplayer aint coming back, and adults aint having sleepovers to play video games.

I don't ride with the idea that Nintendo shouldn't have the capabilities of the other consoles because that's not historically what they've been about. They sit on 1st party games and make no major changes to their hardware and services gen to gen.

It certainly does not. The Vita compatible games are limited and remote play is a joke. A platform that plays every single game both at home and on the go with the same exact experience would change everything

Nostalgia's clouding your mind. Nintendo was definitely only dropping good games once every 3-4 months on all of those consoles. The droughts were awful. They DO need 3rd party support to be competitive.

So you drop a list of remote play games pretending that remote play works flawlessly. The stanning is strong in you. Even Sony has given up on Vita.
