No, it would have been better. Rare has been used for their technology as well. Nintendo wouldn't have been. Just make games.

with "Simplified upgrading options" that are kept in mind from the beginning of the system kind of like N64's upgrade pack

with an "archive lobby" that is a streaming game service of every game from NES - Wii(original) for FREE. Free because even though they'd lose alot from the arcade purchases...the loyalty and good will that they'd develop would make the system 1st day cop for most of the world.

Nintendo made so much money of the Wii they'll be good for a while, but they need to let go of the traditional Japanese approach of gaming and adapt to current times and modern gaming culture. And that should start with letting go of Iwata.
