Depends of what you're looking for in a game. If you're talking pure enjoyable gameplay no way in hell. If you're talking story and narrative yeah it's way better. Zelda has an optional piecemeal story that's almost an afterthought in the grand scheme of things. The Last of Us is basically all cinematic story and narrative.

Comparing The Last of Us to Zelda, really?

One is a narrative driven linear 3rd person survival horror game and the other is an open world action adventure game where the story is entirely optional if the player chooses.

Both are exceptional in their genres, no need to compare the two so calm down and take a seat.
