Aside from Nintendo practices. Where they getting silicon to make these chips, I hear chip shortage all over the place. Playstation, Micorsoft, Nintendo made more console, controllers, and accessories

Man. I think I’m bout done man. The Joycon drift is another issue that has me fuming. I had 3 sets of joycons. All drifting. Just bought a new set today. shyt is drifting out of the box. I’m not even wit it no more this shyt is a dub.

This isn't an excuse for Nintendo's terrible build quality, but you can buy some 3rd party joysticks that are more durable and swap the sticks in your joycon.

The joycons that came with my switch started drifting after a couple months so I replaced the sticks about 2 years ago and they're still working. I bought a new pair of joycons last Christmas and they are already drifting, but the ones I fixed myself years ago are fine.

Obviously the problem can be fixed, but Nintendo is cheap as fukk.
