Nintendo are some straight thugs with how they do their fans.
I bought my Switched used, less than $200 a year after launch.
Why ?
Because I'd only had a Wii U for like a year, year and a half when they fukking announced the Switch.

Yeah. Nintendo should’ve dropped the price of the OG, and slowly phased it out with this new model at $300.

Why would Nintendo drop the price when it sells pretty much better than anything else at the current price? If your customers are willing to pay $299 are you really gonna sell it for $250?

You're saying this as if Nintendo has made a universally agreed upon great console since the SNES. Nintendo consoles since then have been like Jadakiss albums some hot tracks on an overall mediocre effort. As a Wii U owner I'm not that impressed with the Switch because many of the good games are Switch ports including Breath of the Wild. The Switch gets it's most credit from people pleased that it's portable and from others that didn't own a Wii U. Nintendo has pretty much ported every Wii U game worth anything outside of Xenoblade Chronicles X to the Switch. That and the HD Zelda ports which were Gamecube Ports before that.
