clearly it was. it doesn't mean like a mob hit, but just the fact that he left, got the strap, came back, etc.
it was planned.
His own defense lawyer already said he killed him for calling him a snitch. He went and got his gun and killed him almost immediately after. That's not planned at all. If he was planning on killing him he would've brought his gun in the first place

Who plans a shooting in broad day on camera anyways. He did that shyt out of emotion and fragile ego.

here you goofies go.... his own defense lawyers words....

L.A. County Deputy Public Defender Aaron Jansen said Wednesday in his opening statement that his client was Hussle’s killer.

However, he told the jury that it was Holder’s passionate response to the “snitching” accusations against Hussle and was not premeditated.

"This is a case about the heat of passion," said Jansen. "The provocative act in this case was that Nipsey Hussle made an accusation against Mr. Holder that he was a snitch."

nothign about this was premeditated. if nip had kept his fukking mouth shut he'd still be alive. he threw a snitch jacket on a gang member who already killed before and didnt have shyt to lose. on top of that he basically dissed his music he was trying to get him to listen to lol. its not rocket science. its not a conspiracy.

Okay let me play devils advocate, a couple of questions for you

1. Recently Cowboy did an interview saying he was going to testify because he wanted the world to know Nipsey didn't call him a snitch, didn't raise his voice, dapped him up. He said Nipsey said he heard it was paperwork on him and that he should look into it. If we are to believe that's what happened, did that warrant Shytty cuz reacting that way?

2. Supposed Nipsey isn't who he was, and he's just another dude from the block, does shytty cuz react the same way?

3. why are you laughing about it?

I'm not saying you don't have a point, hell you could be right. But I also understand the theories too.

It's just hard for me to wrap my head around that if he felt disrespected that bad by what Nip said and felt he tried "lil bro" him, then why not get down with him right there in the parking lot for a fade? Why go to that extreme other than jealousy..

that's not my understanding. i think he went and got something to eat in between but i may be wrong since it's been a while since i got into this trial. clearly thought about it, like i said.... it doesn't take weeks or days or hours to qualify for premeditation. it could happen in minutes.

Whatever the story...Nipsey was moving to comfortably, and let his celebrity, get to his head (fukk that). :yeshrug:

Aint no way, a ngga of his stature, should be that accessible. I know that added to his mystique, and was apart of his allure, but look what that got him. At the least, some sort of vibes were givin off, to make that bozo, react that way, whether he called him a "snitch" or not. Something was said or done, to trigger that goofy. I don't believe that Cowboy ngga, either. shyt, all those OG Cali nggas come off treacherous, and shady. Most these dudes are hardened criminals, who made it out the 80s & 90s (frfr LA gangbangin), been thru the penitentiaries, etc. You can imagine some of those nggas pedigrees, when it comes to criminality. :stopitslime:

I wouldn't be surprised if he got lined. Those older cats be runnin all types of ruses, out there, it seems. I wouldn't trust none of those Big U, type nggas. :mjlol:
