nope.. average capacity is around 1,500, at $30 avg ticket.... lets not forget his Crenshaw clothing sales through the roof... he will definitely eat 20k a night, minimum after the expenses are done.
(production will be at a minimal as well since its smaller venues)

Dunno if he can get 100% at the gate unless he pays up front money the venue owner, and then collects the back end ticket sales. Takes some heavy gwap to do that...and all told, unless he gets a heavy discount for that guaranteed, up front money, he might still only collect slightly more than the amount he woulda received doing it the more traditional way.
And 25% at the bar, too...
I'd rather get a heavy discount on the up front, venue fee and 12% of the bar.
