I am from Miami so I realize LA or maybe Cali in general doesn't do that. I am sure brehs and mexicans would make knock off temp tags all the time.

pretty sure he was ridin around in a new car. in cali you can ride around with the paper showing off the car dealership until your plates arrive. the cops can pull you over tho, but just show them the reg and if its within 3 months you good, or they give you a fix it ticket.

I was gonna say, nikkas roll with dealer tags all the time. He wasn't high when he got arrested, best believe they would have got his ass for that.
