There is a strong chance its nothing to do with the Sebi documentary cause like you said its minor compared to other shyt but I do think its higher powers involved. Kamala Harris is still a highly suspect person to me just seems so corrupt. But anyway i do think it was a hit by some Ops, doesn't necessarily have to be LAPD. But the precise shots gave it away.

The motivation doesn't have to be the Sebi documentary it can be because of Nipsey doing too much to start ending gentrification in Crenshaw.
