I'm not throwing Mozzy's shyt on at a function breh

YG make some good turn up songs. But how much can you listen to that shyt? I want to vibe to real music, with real lyricism, with real content & soul. He has his niche I guess. But I'mma still need a nikka to know how to rap at some point.

I feel you. I'm a big fan of Mozzy, he's definitely top 5 from Cali right now, but YG knows how to make hits and has such a distinct LA sound. Plus Nipsey and YG have had several collabos that go hard dating back to like 2010 or so, you already know a full tape with those two would kill shyt.:ohlawd:

I feel like folks should be able to rock with both Mozzy and YG, their music is sonically too close to one another to not like em both.

both them songs get me turnt:whew:

For what it's worth, I think My Krazy Life gets overlooked too easily nowadays. It's a clear clone of Kendrick's Good Kid Maad City, but YG did his damn thing on it. Good story telling, excellent features, perfect production, even the sequencing was damn near perfect. That tape aging hella good, and it dominated the summer when it dropped.
