This fukking family vacation (I hate any activity that has to be done with family) is getting worse. It's now going from Hartford to some place called Somerset in NJ where according to Wikipedia like 200 black folks live there.

Why we going? My father wants to see his CAC friends

Is Somerset anywhere near a major city? If so, what's there to do? Shopping, food, etc.

A majority of you guys must be talking about Somerset county because Franklin Twp in Somerset is ratchet as hell, most of my folks are from there. New Brunswick is the hood, with mad nikkas and mexicans running around, North Brunswick is CAC out but there's some wild Africans who are known for having machete's and AK's

I'd hesitate to call it a suburb of NB tho. Just feels like a snub. I'll admit that with no major downtown area or major transportation, it does feel rather dependent on NB for some shyt.

lol Franklin nikkas always had this internal envy for New Brunswick, I think that's why for a minute Franklin was just as dangerous as New Brunswick. shyt has calm down alot since the old projects in NB got tore down and they remodeled Parkside, i'm only 27 but it's crazy how many nikkas i grew up with who got killed.

Franklin might have been more dangerous than NB for a minute after that, b/c Franklin had fake thugs who didn't know a code and were faking the front in order to be tough and prove a point- Those are the ones you got to watch out for!

Yeah I graduated in 05 from NB. Bloods were heavy in NB, Franklin, and North Brunswick, homies I went to school with are doing life for bodies or got bodied. This should let cats know how crazy it got, the Essex County gang task force got assigned to Franklin and NB. shyt was hectic for real. Lol i remember Chipset, during that time I was reppin Uptown.
