This. I work in an ER and the negative effects of synthetic weed is real. I've seen dudes flip out, have seizures, become extremely violent, just crazy shyt.

The shyt also fukks up your kidneys and can put you in renal and liver failure. This shyt is poison and needs to be banned. It is FAR better to smoke weed than to smoke this bullshyt.
