If you idolize Pac or Michael Jordan, at least they're at the height of their respective fields. They are obviously very talented.
Streamers are literally just random ass people sitting in a room. They aren't particularly talented at anything. The sole reason this trend blew up with Gen Z is because Gen Z is mostly socially awkward and gravitate towards "parasocial" relationships, IE 50,000 people watching a guy sleep because they feel like he's their friend. Even though they never met, and never will.
