I never had the desire to play music from my gaming system while I'm gaming.
With that said,
This is stupid on Sony's part.
Not going to allow MP3s?
Guess they are trying to force people into that Music unlimited subscription. Hope those that care jumped on that $12.99 deal they had a while back.

Naw fukk this, I'm heated now. I got the absolute GOAT mp3 mix for gaming on a flashdrive. Straight up movie scores, hype metal and hip hop. Now I can't even run my shyt when I'm straightening up the piff rom to play music.

Same with me. I've never put any kind of music on any of my systems. There is currently one album on my PS3, and that's the soundtrack from The Last of Us that was included in my preorder. With that said, the ONLY way this makes sense, is if they plan on including that music subscription with PS Plus at some point. The fact that a device coming out in 2013 won't be able to play mp3s is inexcusable.
So I won't be able to stream shyt like I do using the PS3 media server streaming content from my computer?
