Irrefutable evidence that the government was "negligent"? If the government orchestrated the attacks how would that be negligence?

There is NO evidence the Gov't. orchestrated the attacks. There IS evidence the Gov't. was negligent.

The 9/11 commission is busy writing its final report, but is still investigating critical facts, including the conduct of U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft. NBC News has learned that the commission has interviewed two FBI officials who contradict sworn testimony by Ashcroft, about whether he brushed off terrorism warnings in the summer of 2001.

In the critical months before Sept. 11, did Ashcroft dismiss threats of an al-Qaida attack in this country?

At issue is a July 5, 2001, meeting between Ashcroft and acting FBI Director Tom Pickard. That month, the threat of an al-Qaida attack was so high, the White House summoned the FBI and domestic agencies, and warned them to be on alert.

Yet, Pickard testified to the 9/11 commission that when he tried to brief Ashcroft just a week later, on July 12, about the terror threat inside the United States, he got the brush-off.

n. failure to exercise the care toward others which a reasonable or prudent person would do in the circumstances, or taking action which such a reasonable person would not.

Just a coincidence I'm sure...:yeshrug:

Stating on national TV they were there to see the ...um..."event"... :sas2:

So either Building 7 was knocked down by a raging fire...or was it "pulled" down...can you have it both ways? :patrice:

I guess it helps if you have foreknowledge of it already had collapsed (though it was still standing, which I guess means good call) :sas1:

The "cleanest" out in the open plane crash ever in the history of aviation... "no pieces larger than a phonebook"

thats what had me like :patrice:

it was such common knowledge at the time that there was no way these things would fall, that the fire department was walking in there like nothing. the operators were even telling people in the building to stay put. nobody on the news even thought to say "theres a chance they will collapse"

if the initial impact of the planes and the explosions didnt knock the top off, no way a fire would.

steel melts at 2500 degrees faranheit.

the fact that the smoke coming out of the buildings was black shows that the fires were not getting as much oxygen as fire needs to burn at its highest. it was estimated that the fire couldnt have gone past 1800 degrees faranheit at its hottest points. so there is no way that it burns hot enough to melt the metal.

shyt is just too suspicious.
From watching documentaries the Firefighters did seem low key shook in the North Tower lobby right before they went up to the crash site. A firefighter they interview kinda alluded to that.

I'm sure the thought of the buildings falling was in the back of there minds. I think the Firefighters and media didn't want to cause panic hence why they didn't speak about the buildings potentially falling down, as most would have expected them to fall sideways rather than within there print, if the buildings fell sideways it would have much WORST.

I want you to seriously think for a minute as to exactly how many people would have to be 'in' on the whole thing in order to pull off something of this magnitude without anyone else on the entire planet knowing any better for 13 years.

The gov. failed to stop the attacks with many warnings sent in from outside countries. The most protected air space in the world was compromised. the airlines security was compromised. we couldnt scramble jets fast enough. bush was down in a school safe and not reacting in any manner when told the country was under attack.
bush and rice both said an attack using airplanes was never forseen. by any gov even prior to their administration. air traffic controllers couldnt distinguish between real and war games. We immediately plan to invade iraq and produce the patriot act.

either the terrorists planned everything on the perfect day with a perfect plan or our gov let it happen.

That still leaves several thousand people who would have been 'in' on it to some degree....

The entire Bush Administration
All the NYC Firefighters
All the Washington, DC firefighters
All the people working in the Pentagon
The Federal Court system
The Municipal Courts of several counties in NY, Washington and Pennsylvania
The NYC Port Authority
The NYC Police Dept.
The 1,600+ widows/widowers/family members of victims
The media (TV, Radio, periodicals of several different countries)
PBS
Everyone on the NIST
The NYC scrap yards
Every structural engineer in the world
The CIA
FEMA
The FBI
NORAD
The FAA
American Airlines
United Airlines
etc.........

I can go on, but I think I've more than proved my point.

Why are these thousands of people still alive?

Too bad I can't find the several threads on :hamster: that I previously destroyed all these arguments. I can, however, still access the ones here.

I don't think you're all nutjobs. I do, however, think many of you don't bother researching things before jumping to conclusions.
