I have friends that have fake boobs, I know what they look like and this is not it. The number one indicator is round, circular breast, sometimes hard looking and really unnaturally perky not like this. Also, you have to remember she's mexican who's in her early 20s. Usually that is when their bodys start to become flabby and sick.

She's wealthy enough to have a doctor who does natural looking implants she didn't get them really big so there's no reason they'd look overtly fake
