No 'ELITE' QBs in the Super Bowl appreciation thread

Kaep pretty much is elite when you look at the totality of what he's brought to the table passing in runningsince he's been starting

he is getting there, but isnt yet.

it's not as if there's gonna be 2 game managers duking it out for the Superbowl. They've proven that you can put the team on their backs and lead you to a win.

Kaep is a Kappa but he's not a rookie. 2nd season, 10th start.

elite means an established elite qb imo. kaep isnt one yet. he has potential but we all have seen qbs with mad potential never progress to that elite level.

I wont be against this idea if Kaep becomes elite over the long run tho

both the 49ers and Ravens defenses shut down two high powered offenses and the QBs went off on two mediocre defenses.

Flacco and Kaep made plays but the defenses is who won the game.

Ill admit this much is true. this playoffs was kinda tough to digest from someone who believes in defense like I do. Even though our D ended up being key in the game's final deciding play, most of these games have been offensive feasts

With the way the Falcons were handling the secondary in the first half... there is no doubt in my mind the Niners would have lost with Alex Smith. Not to pile on the guy but he wouldn't have been able to keep up...

Kaep isn't elite but he's been great for someone with so few starts.

I meant in general. Kaep and Flacco have shown they can carry a team if need be as opposed to just letting everyone else do the work while your only job is to not fukk up.
