Has anyone tried "edging"?
I have been doing it on and off for a couple of years but not seriously or consecutively for days just yet. The reason I am considering doing it now more frequently is because abstaining for 2-3 days is annoying and I want to shorten the duration required to have better results in both muscle building and good quality orgasms in sex. There is research on higher T levels that peak around 3 days of abstinence but no research surrounding edging. However, in theory based on the same principle that a sexual stimuli will increase T, when you don't ejaculate you don't lose zinc which means it remains in the body and you don't lose as much T. This is because Zinc is an aromatase inhibitor and prevents T from being converted to estrogen.
So theoretically by edging you can increase your T in a shorter amount of time. This may help when done before or after a gym session to improve gains. Zinc is required for muscle recovery so the less you lose in ejaculation the better.
I have combined 3 things so far and I'm sure of the benefits regarding muscle gains from past experience, but I'm also trying to get better control on orgasm quality as well. First is edging, 2nd is using the "Jen Mo" acupuncture point (you press the center of your prostate about 10 seconds before you think you're gonna blow, for a 5 second duration) and the 3rd is breathing technique to lower the sensitivity temporarily. I have been experimenting with all of these independently for years so please don't try and mimic right off the bat using all 3 at the same time - It is not gonna work for you unless you have vast experience with them individually. Between those 3 we are talking lava eruptions and earthquake orgasms that involve the entire lower half of your body. The goal is to get to Zen monk status for a whole body orgasm. It is much more difficult for a Man to get there than a Woman.
I think I am going to try edging on days I drink because alcohol prevents easy ejaculation for me anyways. Then the next day I'm gonna see how orgasm quality is impacted along with muscle recovery.
The goal is to get something explosive of course but not a hair trigger response. This is a delicate balance to achieve so I have a couple of herbs in my arsenal to prevent that, namely Damiana, Ashwaghanda and some other bench warmers. We will see how it goes. But the problem when you edge is going to be handling a full ballsack. If you are not experienced in handling that (and most importantly if you are single) it could be a big problem because you will get more aggressive and agitated more easily. I use the herbs to help with that "side effect".
My Wife claims she doesn't like when I come home drunk and fukk her brains out for an hour straight, but if any girl tells you that she is fukking lying. Women dream of a Man who can fukk for more than 10-15 minutes without needing to take a 15-20 minute break. For some guys they cannot fukk while drunk. Alcohol causes problems with blood flow there is no getting around that. So you have to take herbs daily to counteract that effect if you want to fukk girls while drunk.
Would be nice to see what the results are for others. I have a feeling edging is a long lost art featured in the tao of sex, something that is no longer practiced similar to chinese traditional medicine which I have found very useful in my personal life.
