I think we're all born with talents and ability, but that's just part of the equation. A fixed mindset is that the people who are the greats were blessed with talent and those who weren't have to settle for less. The downside of this is that if this is true, talented people also can't get more out of their abilities. That would mean their peak is already established.

I subscribe to the growth mindset, which is more process oriented and focused on developing your talents and abilities with vision and hard, efficient work. If you tell yourself you don't have talent and ability, then you don't have talent and ability. Your success is equal to the value you provide others and the sacrifice that you put in, so even if you can't dunk or sing, there's a lane for you to be successful beyond your wildest dreams -- especially since we have the internet now. There's no excuse for anyone to not carve out their own niche.

As far as sexual transmutation, I'd say it involves feeling the energy and using it somewhere other than getting a quick nut. For instance, consider people who love to box or lift weights. If they get in an argument with their girl and are pissed, where do they go to blow off that steam? They go hit the bag or lift some weights. Yeah most definitely. I'm not about that monk life. I think it's more a matter of getting the p*ssy after you do what you need to do. I can only speak from my personal experiences with masturbation and my attempts to wean myself off of jacking it anywhere, anytime.
