Best advice I can give is focus on making a real change in your life. Too many times we get focused on the reward and goal and not the reality. Reality was it got me back into my own life and I game myself no excuses to be inside if I wasn't sleeping.

I started thinking how to best use each and every minute of the day.

When On top of it, my day looked like

Wake up @ 630. Gym 7 to 8. Breakfast 830 to 9. Eat the frog (Do the most important thing of the day that you know you wont do if you put it off) 9 to 10. Class from 10 to 1, Lunch 1 to 2. Library from 2 to 5. (Join an organization) Meetings from 5 to 6. Call friends/fam to stay in touch 6 to 7. 7 to 830 pick up games @ gyms or hang with friends/females. Dinner @ 9. Plan out next days 9 to 10 (while chilling with women or bros) go to sleep by 11pm.

its not meant to do anything spectacular but it certainly helps confidence if your an anxious person and i noticed i don't feel as sluggish. but yeah man fapping once a month or so wont harm :ehh:
