The biggest thing I've notice with no fap is that if you don't have proper time management skills, you will relapse again. That is the key to overcoming this. Also, as time goes on...you reach a state of indifference with women. It's happening to me now as I've been on no fap for over a month. I'm more relaxed and just whatever happens, happens mode. It's a surreal feeling.
I agree. I am totally celibate now, 30 days no fap, going 15 days no porn. I will say that dealing with women now is so much easier. The veil of confusion and thirst by the woman's p*ssy no longer has an effect on me. I can see their BS from a mile away. Dealing with my ex is so much easier too. I am just starting to give up hard alcohol, going on seven days and it keeps my mind clear. I honestly don't have the urge to look at porn nor do I have the urge to beat off anymore. I'm actually looking at women that have substance than having a fat p*ssy.
I guess I say all that to say this: when you reach that state of mental clarity, the more you think about jacking off and looking at porn, becomes more disgusting, which is a good thing. If you truly want to get through all of this, you just have to be discipline and know that if you get the urge, you need to remind yourself why you are on this journey and do something to occupy yourself.
