On Day 11: i get this weird feeling in my diaphragm, like its an urge but i've stayed strong. luckily im only participating in the NFF challenge so i'm still gettin' it in. shyt still hard either way, some days i wake up and my chest hurtin' like a muhfuh. if i last past day 15 it'll be a miracle.
