I'm just so awkward though. Yeah, my social anxiety is extremely severe. Sometimes I can't even function right in public. I tried the medication thing at one point, but my family didn't want me to get addicted to drugs, so I got off that. I'm trying to get through it naturally.

And about the porn thing, I was never an avid watcher of porn. I've really only seen a few porn videos in my life. But before no fap, I masturbated almost everyday to sexy pictures and videos of women. That's how I got off. Do you think that still had an effect on my social anxiety?

Thanks for the heads up. I'm going to continue on with this no fap thing because I know I'm going to regret quitting anyway. Hopefully it benefits me in the long run despite my seemingly permanent flaws and lack of game. I just want to be the best person I can possibly be.
I suffer from anxiety as well..the sad thing is the odds are usually in my favor with women..but I have some underlying negative thoughts that I must rid..
I just have a shytty attitude alot of times...Im always in deep concentration and my mod shows it
