For me I'd say no fap means being more focused and having much more energy to put into other endeavours. Like work and getting with actual women.
Lets be honest here, when I was fapping I'd spend ages looking for the 'right' clip, now that could take anywhere between 1-2 hrs that's time I could have been making better use of. And afterwards you'd feel like crap.
Now? I feel a woman feels your sexual energy more when you don't fap repeatedly. I have more actual sex now and it feels great. My sensitivity has returned to sex and I can actually get turned on with natural touching and feeling. My skin looks good and I look healthily.
