Winning 60 games and getting packed out the 1st round by the fake tough grizzlies isnt much better :pachaha:
Hey you make the playoffs 19 years in a row there will be slipups plus that Grizzlies team proved to be formadable over the years.

the 03 team Manu was a rookie and TP was in his 2nd year.

The 03 title is truly a carry job by TD. You can say the Lakers were tired or Nets were mid but TD wasn't working with all that much.

Now the 05 and 07 titles are different, he shot like trash and Manu and TP did big things in those series

I dont think TD is underrated tho, he's always been top 10 and he gets a pass for a lot of terrible playoff shooting performances when he was operating closer to the basket than perimeter players who typically would get criticized for bad shooting nights and gets a super duper big pass for the 04 Olympics.

I wouldn't put him above Kobe or Bron or Kareem but I'm not mad at what the OP is getting at.
I’m talking his whole career he brought up 03 I said if you gave KG the same level of talent coaching and GM level for a whole career he would’ve done just as good.

Hey you make the playoffs 19 years in a row there will be slipups plus that Grizzlies team proved to be formadable over the years.

2000 Spurs were #4 seed and lost to the #5 PHX 3-1 (back when the 1st round was Best of 5)
2001 Spurs were #1 seed and got swept for #2 Lakers 4-0
2002 Spurs were #2 seed and lost to the #3 Lakers 4-1
2006 Spurs were #1 seed and lost to the #4 Mavericks 4-3
2009 Spurs were the #3 seed and lost to the #6 Mavericks 4-1
2011 Spurs were the #1 seeed and lost to the #8 Grizz 4-2
2012 Spurs were the #1 seed and lost to the #2 OKC 4-2

That's a lot of playoff losses as the higher seed. Seven times, four of them as the #1 seed. More than half of them they got their ass beat in 5 games or less. It's not just one slip up, that was a trend in TD's career.

I'm not sure Kobe ever really lost as the higher seed besides those late 90's squads or the 2011 Mavs

Reppin
ATL to MEM
Thats a pretty fair list.

:ehh:

But why list top 11? That makes no sense unless you just wanted to show Shaq on thelist for some reason.

Nobody has still hasn’t answer my question of what makes Tim better than KG outside of Team accomplishments
Team accomplishments is disingenuous. Tim led his team to chips and they became a dynasty, that’s the most impactful thing a great player can do for his team
