Yes. I was pondering this immensely while driving to work the other day. While I could literally brain dump 6000 words on the subject...i wont. So I will set the stage for the conversation in simple arena's.

1. Location (Within the U.S)

2. Government

3. Trade

4. Culture.

Lets begin with the idea that the entire African community is awarded a certain geographical space within the US to appropriate and colonize if you will. The option to keep US currency, and free trade with our new bordered neighbors. We can write our own constitution, etc.

I propose the land being starting at GA to Texas border, north to Missouri, east to illinois and michigan. Further east all virginia's and coastal south to Florida and include Caribbean isl...and PR if they so choose.

New York and DC will be shared as legacy land used primarily to facilitate a seamless financial infrastructure, cultural exchange mecca, a western Geneva if you will. The Military bases, equipment, capitals, hospitals, etc will be left as is for assumption of use. Now.

What do we call this land?
What kind of government will it have?
Who will immediately assume command?
What is the first priority of business?

Those areas are isolated. The southeast has rich fertile land and borders an ocean...essential agriculturally and militarily.

Also that "clean slate" would slow the road to prosperity due to building new infrastructure.

On the topic of hoodrats and bedwenches...that would fall under culture. The elimination of the "hood" would render the rat homeless no? Educate and reprogram? Let them live in the US, as the new land will not have support services that they can overly manipulate.

I'm not trying to be negative but if you tried to start a new black nation inside the US wouldn't the US gov't scare people into allowing martial law and shooting up the spot? Ya'll should peep somewhere like the woods of West Virginia while you get your start, it's easily accessible on ground level while still covered from the air so no one could see ya'll. They idea of copying what US systems we have adjusted to...at least initially; is a good idea. A constitution or differing system takes time, and the black populace will need continuity to not stagnate. c00ns etc...well they can stay in the US...it is not mandatory to migrate to this new republic, hoodrats too...they will find that the support systems that currently feed and nurture this degenerative lifestyle will be nonexistent. The must adapt or be completely shamed internally for not looking, speaking, and moving in a manner that is conducive to a black nations people of prosperity.

Cuba? They more than likely will be allies...as Cuba already is established as a nation.

It is not a matter of us "trying to start" a nation. The idea is that after much deliberation on reparations, and civil unrest, upheaval and political shifting...even minor racial battles on US soil "hypothetically"...eventually a scenario where the agreed end state is this land. Those non Africans that inhabit these lands can either move to the US or adjust to the laws of the "New Land" or Mass exodus.... I think I know what they would choose. There are numerous ways to go about that issue tho.

You may come and go with our passport system. A more stringent vetting process tho for entry, and a national quota for the number of guests in the country at any given time.

That quota is less than 1% or we can set a cap at 100 guests per month. They will have escorts and tracked by our newly acquired defense system to include regional satellites.
