Yes. I was pondering this immensely while driving to work the other day. While I could literally brain dump 6000 words on the subject...i wont. So I will set the stage for the conversation in simple arena's.

1. Location (Within the U.S)

2. Government

3. Trade

4. Culture.

Lets begin with the idea that the entire African community is awarded a certain geographical space within the US to appropriate and colonize if you will. The option to keep US currency, and free trade with our new bordered neighbors. We can write our own constitution, etc.

I propose the land being starting at GA to Texas border, north to Missouri, east to illinois and michigan. Further east all virginia's and coastal south to Florida and include Caribbean isl...and PR if they so choose.

New York and DC will be shared as legacy land used primarily to facilitate a seamless financial infrastructure, cultural exchange mecca, a western Geneva if you will. The Military bases, equipment, capitals, hospitals, etc will be left as is for assumption of use. Now.

What do we call this land?
What kind of government will it have?
Who will immediately assume command?
What is the first priority of business?

do we start as a richer nation or a 3rd world country [dollar wise] within another country?
given those geographic boundaries how are we sitting as far as access to natural resources?
do we have a military force?
if not how do we expect the other USA to respect our borders?
how do we plan on negotiating free trade with the now other country and other countries worldwide?
whos laws will rule immigration and movement between the 2 countries?
Do African/ AA citizens who decide to stay outside of the borders of our new country have dual citizenship? right of return like Israel.
Hell do those of us in the new country have dual citizenship?

first priority would be a total deprogramming of white america's bullshyt. a complete overhaul of culture and deep knowledge of african history. Without a new mentality shyt would be pointless.
Next we'd absolutely need to get our military/police up. Use the veterans to train and teach defense tactics. We saw the evil that resulted from jealous whites in black wall street in tulsa. you know they can't help but reveal their demonic nature at some point.
then we need to get our economic strategy in place. develop a solid plan for economic fortification, which should include our diaspora fam from around the globe.

You may come and go with our passport system. A more stringent vetting process tho for entry, and a national quota for the number of guests in the country at any given time.

That quota is less than 1% or we can set a cap at 100 guests per month. They will have escorts and tracked by our newly acquired defense system to include regional satellites.

There needs to be more solid sociopolitical bases for black people in general I think

all of our social groups are cultural, like hotep, lower class/middle class/upper class and then some are based on nationality (in america) like africans, islanders etc and then there are the religious groups like muslims and christians or even just stuff like conservative vs liberal

I know its the same for every other minority but it kinda sucks that the political groups we can attach ourselves to ultimately have white people as their main focus
