Yeah it seems like horrible job.

Yet some of the nicest people I've known have been janitors all throughout school as a youngin.

Kinda did the same thing. Usher for my first job at Tinseltown or Cinemark...you got trash cans all over the gatdamn place and these fools leave all their popcorn and drink and shyt on the floor and shyt. Janitors I'm sure have it worse...one time I saw jizz stains on one of the seats and I ran like a bytch and some other dude had to clean it. I was like fukk that

100% agree. i have my degree and all, but it's laughable how idiots who accrued debt and sat through force-fed lectures get a degree and deem themselves superior to folks in positions that are so integral to society but undervalued -- the janitors, sanitation workers, brehs doing trade jobs, etc.

it's also crazy how little respect most people have for shared, public spaces... just savage.

Is it me or is this thread Deja vu? I know the title wasn't the same but the topic of bathrooms & janitors cleaning them was.... Either way, I often wonder why a person would be a janator, I know a job is a job but the bathrooms I know they got to unclog at least one toilet a day

This is why I avoid public restrooms when I can. People are just too disgusting. The only ones I can just about stand are those in corporate office environments when I'm out in the field and even then it's hit or miss.

I was surprised when I first heard the women's restrooms are much worse because when you're young you tend to think that females are super clean lol.
