But American sports are too complicated to be as enjoyable as they possibly can be...

Now in the NFL, the referees on the field don't even know is catch and what isn't...:russ:

It is like you need a dictionary to play these sports, because the semantics at times can be more important than what is going on the field:russ:

So refs in other sports never get calls wrong?

Refs miss calls because of human error, not because the rules are too hard for even the so called experts to interpret on the field of play...:russ:

Plus, I hate the constant coaching...You should prepare before the game, once the game starts let the players execute what they learned...The game will be much smoother that way...Coaches should be redundant once the whistle blows...If they want to shout something from the side lines, fine, but that's about it...

If they want to change strategies, they should wait until half time...Let the players have fun out there...The games would be MUCH MORE entertaining...

I know...These ideas are mind blowing for Americans...

But the way the NFL is played today, the players' athleticism is SEVERELY limited by over coaching...

The game would simply be more unpredictable, excitable with more fantastic plays if players were allowed to be artists and just perform based on their judgment of what is going on the field...

It is much a coaches' game...I don't like it...I find it limiting to the athletic ability of the players...

I am willing to bet the players would enjoy the game even more...And it will separate the truly talented QBs from the system QBs...

I am not trying to bash...I am just stating these things will make the games more lively...
