I think many people nowadays have kids for social media likes. And as accesories. Like pets.

Not knowing those are little people who may or may not grow up to resent them based on how their family treated them as such growing up. Especially considering now where people's whole lives from birth to death are documented online.

I work with a older Hispanic lady like that....she doesnt believe any of the Black people she gets along with at the job are actually Black....she's made them all some weird hybrid race in her mind.
