Im not saying you're wrong, But I can't throw Hibachi out if bene is the only example I got. Im sure theres upscale Hibachi out there.

Perhaps, but Benehanias is like the gold standard for Hibachi. I don't know of any other place. It's not on my radar in Houston. Perhaps there is better, but shyt is mid. You go to a nice steakhouse. Get some caviar and oysters to start out. Then you get a Wagyu steak. I dunno, perhaps I'm wrong. But that shyt is mid in my experience. I went to Hibaci is Charlotte with some girl that I was fukking and some other girl I was fukking on the side (they didn't care). HIbachi isn't really a big thing in Houston. This shyt in Houston is more like Korean and Japanese BBQ, where you cook the shyt at the table (I don't like that either).

If you know of a good place for Hibachi in Houston, let me know. I'll try it.

You're right, most hibachi I been to were mid. I don't think anybody hyping up Hibachi though.

What hibachi place that you go to that doesn’t serve this also? Even the hood place in the H serves Wagyu and sushi if you want it. Also, it’s not not Wagyu it’s A5 Kobe straight from the boat.
