perception....IMO the general perception is a womens body is beautiful, and elegant...while a males, is not. If you think about it, you probably see more men topless in movies than women, by far. It doesnt seem to be a big deal to women to see dikk, its almost as if they are just content seeing some dude without a shirt on that has muscles, for some reason in this society it is not proper for a women to be topless, like it is a guy. (at the beach, pool, out for a walk, etc)

I still think the MPAA is the big reason why you don't see more dikks in movies but the filmic answer is that male nudity is seen as more aggressive, a dikk on screen is going to draw all attention to it and I'd say that most of the times it's not presented in a sexual way, unlike boobs or a woman's ass.
