No, Hope Solo Is Not "Like" Ray Rice

Do you think the Hope Solo situation should be perceived the same way as the NFL situations?

  • Yes, domestic violence is domestic violence. It should all be viewed as equally appalling.

  • No, the present and historical contexts of the issues justifies the different public responses.

  • No, but I still think the response to Ray Rice and AD has been overblown.

Tell me if I'm wrong here. The black community does not like it's dirty laundry out for the masses. I think the most of the comments here come from misogyny, but I get the feeling nikkas see this (domestic violence) as a white issue, as in they feel that Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson (and by proxy, black men fair or not) have been made the face what we consider a white issue. I'm not just hearing this on the coli.

Tell me if I'm wrong here, I'm all ears.

This is definitely a factor, and it's a significant issue.

Let me just drop this here too: http://nymag.com/daily/intelligence...john-crawford-iii-walmart-shooting-video.html

So tired of this country. Too many moral savages.

:dwillhuh: where in the law are they absolved from this penalties?
They probably not but look at that video above to see the usual difference in how this is treated. You don't have to act stupid like you have no idea what dude is talking about. I think most people at least on here are speaking on how the public looks at and acts about this stuff. I don't think its a men need protection from women like @nycrebel always trying to say. I just think publicly probably moreso espn types shows since this is what we are talking about. Just be consistent on issues you want to be vocal about because if you're not people are going to call you out on it period

Who is THAT extreme to say there's nothing to fear out of a no good woman as if they don't exist? Me? But I'm suddenly supposed to act like the over 11,000 women, more than the Iraq war, killed by their husbands or boyfriends since 2001 don't exist because you can site WHAT being as equal?

Y'all niqqas are wack man.

This is our yoke to bear. Men kill women to a degree that the other way around cannot compare
What do I as a man have to do with any other man that has abused or killed his wife? Not a damn thing. It's not MY "yoke to bear" at all. You sound silly bruh:heh:

I'd actually respect your position if you were MAN enough to come out and say that you believe that men are superior to women. You won't come out and say that because you know the women that you're trying to kiss up to won't rock with you on that. You're a walking contradiction on this issue homie.

:dwillhuh: Maybe because abusive men who are our relatives, friends or siblings are more likely to listen another man?
