SEATBELT!!! This dumb son of a biotch. The choke started as a incorrectly applied rear naked choke hold with one arm clearly across Garner's throat the other is under Garner's arm. If you look at 18 seconds in the cop has one arm across the throat and one arm coming up and around the underarm of Garner. NOW, in order to get the choke off you really only need one arm across the neck, BUT if you look at his second arm it goes behind Garner's head and pushes forward. THAT my friends ensures the choke is locked in. IF that weren't enough they fukin EDIT the video and stop it right before it shows the cop having him hemmed up pretty good as is displayed in this picture in the third frame.
In the third clip the cop clearly doesn't have a fukin SEATBELT. piece of shyt fox news.
