They know they recruited like shyt. The cupboard is bare. Left to get scraps for the coaching staff and claiming Chester grabbing most of them up means that everyone in the NFL was clamoring for their staff. Even claimed swinging and missing on a DB coach means that the NFL covets scUM coaches. Their RB coach is MIA. Lost their heart and soul of the program strength and conditioning coach. Have nobody to throw the ball because, again, they croot like shyt. They will be satisfied to be bowl eligible this year with this shell of a team and coaching staff. Back to the Rich Rod years.

Game against NW will likely be at Wrigley. Might consider making the trip up there. Went to the 2019 game at Ryan Field, but we always stay downtown, so the Wrigley game would be closer. Only issue is that Wrigley is home to a team that wishes they had the history and overall franchise success of their rivals down south (Wait, that sounds familiar ), and I don’t like them.

I just felt he had way too much rhodomontade going on in his lil interview. In other words, way too much dip on his chip . No issue with feeling the way he feels. He's still a mf who prolly ran the high school circuit in his town and believes in his abilities bar none like u pose to but sum shyt u can keep close to the vest.

So based on first period practice observations:

- Sonny repping at LB (second string behind CJ right now)
- Luke Montgomery at RG with Fryar at RT
- Devin Brown took first string reps for now

- I read on Buckeye Huddle that Fryar may actually be the one at RT. he was first team all Big Ten at RT, it was that his mistakes when he had them were loud. Maybe he can take another step forward in his second year starting. I think regardless, we don’t need to go to the portal to get an OL like Simmons last year.

- Jeremiah Smith (shout out lil cuz Smith, every black Smith gotta be a cousin somewhere) is (pause).

Still crazy to see Downs out there.
