I'm 6'5 and used to be a dirty dude in the paint. I was kind of a solid guy physically, not skinny or big muscular but was strong for my size.

I played against Josh Howard who back then was a 4/5. Those games were crazy cuz it was like a lesser skilled Shaq vs Hakeem. I would just use power and size to wear on him and this dude was so fukking quick and had crazy spin moves, a nice mid j, and was wirey.

I also was a hacker and didn't care about giving a good foul to send messages

I'm 6'1-2" and athletic as shyt. I lived in the paint. I rebounded everything like Rodman.

word. I am skilled but my hs coach had me in the paint banging from the jump.

Its funny because big dudes always think they can just body you but get heated when youtake away all their moves in the post, get the rebound and score on the fastbreak cause they cant keep up.

Playground PGs are the worst human beings on earth. N*ggas get to shoot the most, never pass, and only run 3 point line to 3 point line so they're never as tired as the bigs who go baseline to baseline.

I was 6'2'' and 160lbs. when I first started playing at 18...most pickup games I'd be forced into the paint. 6'11'' wingspan so I get alot of blocked shots. After dozens of bruises and getting punked I learned how to use my base to keep my balance. 50lbs. of muscle later and years of playing only in the paint I can handle most nikkas in the paint.
