For example out here in queens and Brooklyn ( combined total of 4.8 million) black people out earn white people here ( Government jobs favored black residents). What kind of power do you want? I personally would associate being at the top of the income scale = top of the food chain. Chinese investors coming over to America and buying up houses in CASH, depleting the inventory, driving prices up, making it unaffordable for Americans to buy homes. I guess Asians will never really hold any real power in America but they have their own country's government to do that.
