CMR put those old albums in all of their booklets.
alot of people thought CI2DG was silkk's 1st album until a couple weeks ago.
hell, if it wasnt for the videos at the end of the bout it VHS, i wouldnt have known about the shocker either, and CI2DG was out for a couple months by the time i saw that.

and to add to this right quick, they re-released those old CMR albums and made them 100% available, putting them in every store right alongside the new CMR releases.

first time i recall seeing the shocker album in stores, was when i spotted it randomly in a mom-n-pop store, like 10 years after its release. and it was the only one up there. needless to say, i copped it on sight.

well seeing how you left off some of the better cuts on unpredictable like "aint no limit" and "murder 2", i think the shocker album just might not be your twist.

to the contrary, it's my favorite Silkk album
it's just that I prefer multiple other NL albums over it
even some pre-Ghetto D albums

I’ve been going through various NL albums, and C-Murder’s ‘Bossalinie’ was as trash as I remember when I originally bought it in 99. ‘Trapped In Crime’ actually had a bit of heat on there, but I was pretty tuned out on NL by 2000. Seemed like there was a shift in production in a good way. 1999 NL was soooo bad though my goodness. Their decline is always so interesting to look at cause I remember it in real time. 1998 had a ton of releases but so many of them were good, even the 2nd and 3rd tier artists. 1999 hit and it’s like the air was getting let out of NL, starting with that awful Silkk ‘Made Man’ album
