yeah I mean ... the Bulls model is perfect

its a structure where you can have a VP or Football OPs like Trace ... and a GM under him like Morocco that excels more on talent evaluation and runs the scouting departments, etc

it doesnt just need to be one guy (Pace) tasked to handle all the decisions - spend money and expand the organization to have multiple decision makers that can challenge each other and make decisions in tandem - checks/balances

The same bozos are still in charge who haven’t done anything remotely competent in decades…and ppl expect different results because maybe these clowns possible get lucky…? Breh be honest with yourself, they not worth putting any emotion into from a fan perspective…just enjoy football for the sport.

he also had close ties to Pace, so if it was going to happen, Pace prob would have stayed
