Not looking forward to the "what the fukk is this, this sucks" threads across the internet from people expecting something different. Even though it's plain as day what this game will be like.

I already know their will be a backlash of people expecting something different. I feel bad for the developers in a way because the games been known about too long, even if it's good people are gonna skew lower ratings because of expectations.

My faith in this game has steadily waned. I don't know if it's just me or what, but every time the dev is on a panel or giving a demonstration of the game, and someone asks him a question, he seems unsure or dodgy. I love the idea of open space trading and discovery, but it just all seems so aimless from the outside looking in. I'm truly hoping I'm wrong. I plan on taking off work when it drops to give it my full attention. My hopes aren't high though.

there is always skyrim, where you can mod the npc's to rape you if you are defeated O_O Or the Macho man randy savage dragons that go OHHHHHH YEAHHHHH!!!!

I dont like the monstrous amount of planets in the game. Everyone on this site could buy the game and there is a very high chance we would never visit the same planet. If someone found something cool id like to be able to travel to that planet and see wassup.

What I don't really get, is all the people playing the game gone be on the same server in the same universe?

Let's say there is 1 million people online at once, are all the 1 million traveling in the same game? Cause if there is like a 32 player limitation per game, of course nobody will ever cross paths.

I think the game is gonna be a massive failure. They are trying to make it seem like it's going to be this procedurally created universe of anything goes... but the real universe is already strange and always shocks us.

If I cant swim through lakes of grape juice on a diamond planet dodging tiger octopus then it ain't gonna live up to the hype... cause the real universe says that this place exist based solely off the numbers.
