Dudes brother bailed him out of jail for hurting the rent owners other roommate,and he killed his own brother because he didn't want that crazy ass nikka living with him either.

He got locked up and hung himself in prison.

Learned this when I 18, coworker/friend let his girlfriend of 1 month move in with her 6 month old baby. Six months after she moved in they broke up, she took him to court and the judge allowed her to continue living there. He had to continue paying the rent until the lease was up or he would have lost a huge deposit. Dude had to end up moving (the girl would bring guys over) and had to sell his bimmer in order to be able to afford paying for two apartments

this is the type of sh1t im talking about. its easy to laugh at your friend's mistake. but let us examine the state of mind of that girlfriend of his.

there are many people with rancid thought processes walking this earth. they may look normal. or even talk normal. but if you aren't the analytical type, they can easily ruin your life.

some people believe "IF THE COURTS SAY IT IS LEGAL" then it must be right. think of how far removed from empathy that girl must feel to NOT only refuse to leave the house, but to also bring men into that house. you can call it disrespect all u want. or say, ur friend didnt put his foot down. But, it comes down to the person. she is a sh1tty person. and its important folks look for this trait in the friends they have and the companions they choose.

My cousin moved in with his "best friend".



Ended up fukking his fiancé while he was actually in the house. He told me she would wait til he was in a deep sleep, then they would meet down in the unfinshed basement and get a quickie in. This went on for 3 months til he got back on his feet and got his own place.



His best friend still dont know. They still go out on double dates like nothing happened. Cuzzo told me he stopped fukkin her because he knew it was wrong after he invited him in his home rent free.

As much as I would like to help out, I can’t have someone in my space like that unless it is my kid (or parents and even that is shakey because they might act like they can stay and call the shots). Like someone said, when you’re younger, it’s cool because you probably just starting out, but now, as a 35 year old man… it’s a no go for me.
