One dude would show up at Craigslist room rentals. Move in and never pay. Then tell em it's his house. He practiced law so he would take the home owner to court and actually win.
He did thus for like 8 years straight. Even lived with a woman for 5 years against her will.
He was doing this shyt up and down the whole east coast. You come home and he would rearrange the whole house.

My aunt and my cousin wanted to move in with my mom since my pops passed and my parents have a 2 family home and I told my mom no way..

Only way to do that is if you have an apt on your house you don’t mind giving to someone for free cause that’s what it’s gonna end up being. Unless it’s your kid or someone running from domestic violence, there are obvious exceptions to this.

Lol reminds me of my ex. I moved out and she thought a guy from work would be a good roommate. He was getting kicked out his place apparently because he was bisexual 
and needed somewhere fast.
I warned her she can easily afford the rent by herself why take that risk?
Boy this man was a drama queen, who slowly revealed his crazy. Then refused to move out when she had enough of his fukkery.
She begged me to help her as I was still on the lease. So I asked for my key back. And he called the police who arrived and promptly told him he had to give the key back. Boy, this grown man started screaming and crying.
They got his ass out the cut. I saw him at work and he told me we were cool and he understood. But that my ex was a massive bytch.

I have an aunt who did crack for years and didn't raise her 3 daughters properly
She was given a paid off house after getting clean which she eventually lost
Many years after that I had my 10 year vow renewal on a yacht shyt was nice but what fukked me up is after getting off the boat and everyone saying their goodbyes she tries to hit me up for bread because I guess she realized people had been giving me gifts that day
I'm literally in my tux hugging her from the car window and she tries to hold something
I just knew her mind was never right and then a few years after that tried to hit my wife for money thru Facebook
