Sure, but the purpose of this thread was to share a free resource to gain access to free e-books. Most people are aware of what their local library has to offer. Most people are unaware of online resources that offer what their local library does not offer.

Many people don't have access to internet and or computers.

Is a kindle worth it? This is coming from someone that has 2 iPads.
Like, if I'm able to download the books on to my iPad should I look into getting a kindle?

They both have their limitations, but for the sole purpose of reading books, the Kindle beats the iPad. Great thing about Kindles is that their prices have dropped so much, while the technology has vastly improved.

There are literally hundreds of books on my reading list that are not offered by the local library. Although local libraries participate in the interlibrary loan system, often the shipping costs to receive the book is passed down to the individual.

Doesn't negate the fact that majority of the people championing this ain't reading no damn book. All the book suggestion threads on here is a clear indication of who's doing what on this site.

If you need help downloading just hit me up, basically I download them from the computer in PDF form and then email myself them if I want to read on my phone later.
