Swallow that pride and go get a compression shirt. Compression shirt gonna hug yo ass but you not gonna look so jiggly keep you looking neat in your clothes.
A big man in big ass unkept clothes looks even more big and sloppy.
Big men no horizontal lines on your shirts. Makes the belly look more rotund.
Stop buying bigger pants to hide that thigh meat. You big it's obvious you not hiding nothing. Get your pants to fit you. Make sure they a lil stretchy. Levi's Athletic Fit nice for bigger dudes.
