What's the point of restrictions, when there are vaccines to greatly reduce risk of hospitalization and death; ppl got recent natural immunity, and it's well known that most of us will likely get covid reguardless of what we do?

Best thing to do is develop an efficient vaccine. Hell Pfizer already got pills that help
