In all seriousness Lil Wayne Will go down in history as a top rapper .... no matter if u accept it or not he had a serious run. sold backstreet boy numbers out the gate done influenced tons of wannabe rappers. He has also (ruined) iinfluenced hip hop fashion with the tight colorful clothing. ......,so yeah u can hate him but U can't deny his impact for better or worse

He aint retiring, these guys never retire on their own terms. They always comeback and gotta go out kicking and screaming eventually dropping albums still even if its 5 years or so or just quietly start touring without saying anything about new material but asking the crowd at shows if they want some new shyt.

Wayne aint there yet, we'll still be dealing with him for another 10 years even if it aint always pretty

he didn't sell "backstreet boys" numbers out thegate, in fact he has never done those kind of numbers. C3 is the closest because it did 1 mill in the first week. he will go down as a popular rapper, influential in the mixtape scene but i don't see him being remembered as a GOAT

 at believing any rapper when they say this....

But its probably about time, Carter 4 was so bland and uninspiring. I honestly think between his massive mix tape work and albums dude has just run out of things to talk about. He may still have songs that he is spitting on, but I haven't felt the need to go back and listen to Wayne's songs or really bump them since before the Carter 3 dropped
